A Bit About My Journey

My own movement journey began in elementary school with dance classes at a local studio. In middle and high school, I switched gears to cross country and track, and later, discovered yoga through YouTube videos and blog articles. After high school, I studied theater and dance in college, where I truly began to understand how yoga complemented my performance training.

Now, 10 years out of college, I’m a professional dancer, actor, and singer, and I also teach young artists. I maintain a robust personal yoga practice and teach at local studios and gyms. Through my experiences and the guidance of amazing teachers, I've discovered the profound mental clarity and focus that yoga provides. I'm passionate about sharing these physical and mental benefits with athletes and performers of all ages, especially those of us navigating the increasing complexities of adult life.
