Let’s connect and bring your vision to life! In this 30-minute discovery call, we’ll discuss your project, your performers, and the movement you need to elevate your production. Whether you’re working with children, preparing for a musical theater show, or creating a performance for non-dancers, I’ll help you design choreography that suits your group and your goals.

60min Yoga, Breath, and Meditation

Unwind and reconnect with yourself in this rejuvenating 60-minute yoga flow. Begin your journey by anchoring your breath and gently releasing the day's weight, arriving fully in the present moment. Transition into a mindful, slow-paced sequence where precise alignment meets gentle movement, building strength, easing tension, and enhancing your balance. Conclude your practice with a deeply relaxing guided mindfulness meditation and an extended Savasana, allowing the benefits of your practice to fully integrate. Discover a deeper sense of balance and presence within.

30min Stretch and Recover Express

"With deep stretching and restorative postures, this class will nourish every aspect of your being. This slower paced class will focus on increasing flexibility and calming the mind."

Restorative Yin Yoga

The class focuses on poses that promote relaxation and restoration to help relieve the effects of chronic stress, as well as, common aches and pains in the body. A mindful practice that is set in a soothing environment with soft music and props available for modifications to achieve a restful posture. Expect little to no effort poses, & breathwork (pranayama) to deeply relax. Pose requires minimal effort and are held for several minutes, allowing the body time and space to deeply rest & reset.
