The class focuses on poses that promote relaxation and restoration to help relieve the effects of chronic stress, as well as, common aches and pains in the body. A mindful practice that is set in a soothing environment with soft music and props available for modifications to achieve a restful posture. Expect little to no effort poses, & breathwork (pranayama) to deeply relax. Pose requires minimal effort and are held for several minutes, allowing the body time and space to deeply rest & reset.
